We are very excited to bring you this unfiltered Pinot Gris, as this maintains the fullest range of flavours and aromas as naturally as possible.

2019 has produced a very tasty, dry and richly aromatic, single estate Pinot Gris. It is made from the first press of grapes from mature vines in our Vineyard and exhibits aromas of ripe cox apple, pear and a little citrus zest.

The palate is dry, but very well balanced, with wonderful crisp apple flavours, and a slightly honeyed dimension. There is a long finish that really lingers on the tongue.

A very food friendly wine to enjoy with white meats, fish and seafood. Also tastes great with a Thai green curry!
