In 2019 the Madeleine Angevine grape excelled, achieving a fine balance, good ripeness and good flavours.

The wine is made with the first press of grapes from mature vines on our Vineyard. The grapes are full bunch pressed and cool fermented to retain the natural characters of the varietal.

Fine and intriguing aromas of pear and elderflower are exhibited. The palate is very soft, balanced and drinkable with flavours of ripe pear and apple.

This Madeleine is perfect on its own or with salads, fish and light meat dishes.

This wine is vegan friendly.
