This exuberant sparkling cuveé is brought to you from Valley Farm Vineyards, Suffolk, in partnership with Knightor Winery.

Bottle fermented in the traditional method and laid down for 3 years, this sparkling wine is made with a luscious blend of Pinot Gris, Pinor Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from Valley Farm Vineyards, and laid down for 3 years.

A pale salmon pink colour with a stream of fine, persistent bubbles. Delicate and subtle on the nose, with aromas of baked apple, patisserie almonds and honey. Lemon and shortbread abound on the palate.

This is a stylish, celebratory drink with a soft mousse and a long, crisp finish.
