We only collect contact details from our customers in order to process payments, fulfill orders/bookings and send email communications relating to orders/bookings, or to those people signing up to our communications or as part of our harvesting communications.

We will never pass on data we possess to a third party, unless it is necessary to do so to complete your order (e.g. courier companies for delivery purpose).

You have a right to ask us at any time for a summary of the personal data we hold for you. You can request that we delete any of your personal data at any time by emailing us and we will remove your information from our mailing list.

We do not hold customers’ payment card details.

In the event of a data breach if your data has been affected, we will inform you within 72 hours, before informing the authorities.
